Can Toni Mola, Santa Coloma de Farners (Girona)
Fundado en 2012 por Chöje Ákong Rinpoché, en él reside la comunidad monástica y laica y se realizan prácticas diarias de Dharma. Ha sido visitado por numerosos rinpochés y lamas.
Situado en un hermoso entorno al pie de Les Guilleries, es un lugar excelente para la meditación y la convivencia.

Si vas a subir al monasterio y no tienes coche o bien tienes coche y quieres compartirlo con más personas, aquí tienes dos tablones de anuncios. Para aquellos que tienen coche y plazas y aquellos que buscan con quien subir. Es muy útil llegar en tren hasta Sils o en autobús hasta Santa Coloma de Farners y quedar allí con otras personas. Si no hay coches disponibles, varias personas os podéis organizar para pedir un taxi hasta el monasterio y compartir los gastos (más información, más abajo en el apartado CÓMO LLEGAR)
En avión: La manera más directa de llegar al monasterio es llegar al aeropuerto de Girona Costa Brava y allí tomar un taxi (25 min). La manera más usual es llegar al aeropuerto de Barcelona El Prat (a 80 km). Tanto desde la terminal 1 como 2, puedes coger el autobús AEROBUS (horario las 24 horas del día) https://aerobusbarcelona.es/ que te deja en la Plaça de Catalunya en el centro de Barcelona. Ahí preguntas por la estación de tren de Passeig de Gràcia, a donde llegas en 15 min.
En coche: Si vienes desde Barcelona o Girona por Autopista AP7, toma las salidas 9A o 9B (las dos sirven) hacia Santa Coloma de Farners y sigue las indicaciones. Al llegar a Santa Coloma, circula por la calle principal con varios semáforos y, en el último semáforo (fin de la calle), gira a la izquierda en dirección a ‘Ajuntament’. Sigue por la rotonda, dirección Sant Hilari Sacalm y enseguida localiza una indicación a mano derecha: «CASTANYET» y gira a la derecha. Sal del pueblo y continúa por la carretera de Castanyet GIP 5511. En el km. 3,8 hay un cartel a la derecha que indica MONESTIR BUDISTA y es la pista forestal hacia el monasterio. Sigue por la pista durante 1,5 km hasta llegar al aparcamiento del monasterio.

Si vienes por la C-25 Lleida-Girona, toma la salida 225 de Santa Coloma de Farners. Sigue las indicaciones hasta Santa Coloma de Farners. Cuando llegas a la ciudad, pasa la estación de autobuses a mano de derecha y, en el semáforo, gira a la derecha hacia el centro urbano. A partir de ahí, sigue las indicaciones anteriores de «calle principal, varios semáforos…»
En autobús: Compañía Teisa www.teisa-bus.com 93 2153566. Salidas desde Barcelona sobre las 10:00, 15:00 y 20:00 horas hasta Santa Coloma de Farners (consulta siempre horarios en su web). Luego, taxi hasta el monasterio. Si vienes desde Girona, consulta la misma web Teisa Bus; salidas desde la estación de tren de Girona. Si no puedes encontrar taxi, contacta con antelación con el mail monasterio@samye.es .
En tren: Horarios en http://rodalies.gencat.cat/ca/horaris/ hasta la estación de Sils. Por ejemplo, si sales desde la estación de tren de Sants o de Paseo de Gracia en Barcelona, compra un billete a Sils. Tu tren se anuncia como «Portbou», «Girona» o «Figueres». Presta atención a la parada en que has de bajar y asegúrate preguntando a los pasajeros. Luego, taxi hasta arriba del monasterio. Si no puedes encontrar taxi, contacta con antelación con el mail monasterio@samye.es .
Además, en esta misma página más arriba, en el apartado ORGANÍZATE PARA SUBIR AL MONASTERIO, pulsando en el enlace de la hoja excel, si tenéis coche o si necesitáis coche, podéis entrar vuestros datos para que os llaméis y organizar entre vosotros la llegada al monasterio. Si no venís del mismo lugar, una combinación muy útil es llegar en tren hasta Sils o en autobús hasta Santa Coloma de Farners y quedar allí con alguien que llegue en coche desde otro lugar. Si no hay coches disponibles, varias personas podéis organizaros para pedir un taxi hasta el monasterio y compartir los gastos.
Aerobús https://aerobusbarcelona.es/ is the shuttle bus service that connects the airport BCN-El Prat and the centre of Barcelona 24 hours every day of the year, in approximately 35 minutes. There are Aerobús stops outside Terminals 1 and 2 to travel to the centre of Barcelona (Plaça Catalunya, last stop) with three stops in between. Ticket costs around €8,00.
When you arrive to Plaça de Catalunya stop, please ask people about Passeig de Gràcia Train Station. From Plaça de Catalunya take Passeig de Gràcia main street.
TRAIN FROM BARCELONA -PASSEIG DE GRACIA TRAIN STATION- TO SILS TRAIN STATION (Girona)
Please walk along Passeig de Gràcia Street straight ahead for 9 minutes. At the crossroad with Aragó Street, just in front of famous Gaudi’s construction Casa Batlló, you will find the subway entrance to the Train Station Passeig de Gràcia.
There you have to ask for a ticket to Sils (Girona), the train station nearer to the monastery. They will tell you next train to Sils and arriving time to Sils. The trains costs less than 10 euros and it takes 1 hour and 15 minutes to reach Sils. There are trains from 7:50AM to 9:50PM. On the speakers and pannels your train will be announced like «Portbou», «Girona» or «Figueres». Maybe it will be the 4th or 5th stop after leaving Barcelona, but better ask the train passangers in order to make sure you get off at the right station, Sils .
So altogether and depending on the time and date (weekends and very early/late are fewer trains), you will have spent around three hours to get from the airport to the monastery.
TAXI OR SHARED CAR FROM SILS TO MONASTERY
At Sils train station you can book a taxi to the Buddhist monastery up in the mountain in Santa Coloma de Farners. If you don’t find a taxi, write in advance to monasterio@samye.es .
BY CAR
If you’re coming from Barcelona or Girona via the AP7 motorway, take exit 9A or 9B (either one will do) towards Santa Coloma de Farners and follow the signs. When you reach Santa Coloma, drive along the main road with several traffic lights and, at the last set of traffic lights (at the end of the road), turn left towards ‘Ajuntament’. Continue round the roundabout towards Sant Hilari Sacalm and you’ll soon see a sign on your right saying ‘CASTANYET’; turn right. Leave the village and continue along the Castanyet road (GIP 5511). At km 3.8, there’s a sign on the right for ‘MONESTIR BUDISTA’, which marks the start of the forest track leading to the monastery. Follow the track for 1.5 km until you reach the monastery car park.
